Privacy policy
Last updated 10 October 2026.
This policy explains what personal data MyHealers collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. It is written to follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
What we collect
When you send the enquiry form, we collect:
- your name and mobile number
- where you have pain, if you choose to tell us
- how you'd like to be seen (at the clinic, at home or online), and your area if you choose a home visit
- the best time to call you
- your consent, and the date and time you gave it
We don't ask for more than we need to respond to you. Please don't include detailed medical history in the form; we'll ask about that when we speak.
When you browse the site, we measure visits using privacy-friendly analytics that don't use tracking cookies and don't identify you personally. We record anonymous counts such as page views and which buttons are used.
If you call or message us on WhatsApp, those conversations happen on your phone and WhatsApp, under their own terms.
Why we use it
We use your details only to:
- respond to your enquiry and arrange your physiotherapy session
- keep a record that you agreed to be contacted
We never sell your data or use it for marketing, and we don't send promotional messages.
Our legal basis
We process your data with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Who handles your data
Your details are seen by the MyHealers team handling your enquiry. We use trusted service providers to run the website and deliver your enquiry:
- website hosting (Vercel)
- a secure database to store enquiries (Neon)
- email delivery of enquiry alerts to our team (Resend)
- a spam check that helps tell people from bots (Cloudflare Turnstile)
- a WhatsApp alert to our team that only says a new enquiry has arrived, with none of your details (Meta)
These providers process data only on our instructions. Some may store data on servers outside India. Where this happens, they are bound by contracts and security standards to protect it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for 12 months and then delete them automatically, unless you become a patient and we need to keep records of your care.
How we protect it
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to the people who need it, and we don't record health details in website logs or analytics.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it
- correct or update it
- delete it
- stop using it, by withdrawing your consent
You can also nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you're unable to. To make a request or a complaint, contact us using the details on our Contact page. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
If you're enquiring for someone under 18, a parent or guardian should fill in the form and give consent on their behalf.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page if anything changes and show the date of the latest version at the top.
